I don't mind driving in it, even with FWD my snow tires (I have extra rims and swap them out in December) do great. Otherwise, winter and snow stinks, don't like the shoveling and the cold. Thinking of moving to Missouri.

Hmmm, I think I enjoyed at one time but as time went on, I decided to leave the north before the white stuff flies every year. For a good many years I commuted to work (which was in ski country) 8 miles with a 2 mile up and 2 mile down mountain. I have to say I never enjoyed the down part.I grew up in Minnesota. I took my drivers training class driving in 14 inches of snow. I love driving in the snow.
I remember those days. I had 67 Triumph GT6 (couldn't afford a winter beater). It was so bad I honestly had an old lady in a VW bug pass me one time.I’ve owned a couple VW bugs in the day and they were great in the snow (other than the narrow tires following ruts in the snow). We cut a piece of sheet metal for my brothers ‘69, and presto!…it had a floor under the pedals.
I had a Spitfire. My motorcycle has 3 times the horsepower.I remember those days. I had 67 Triumph GT6 (couldn't afford a winter beater). It was so bad I honestly had an old lady in a VW bug pass me one time.
Once I got 26" of snow overnight. Why is that doors open to the inside?
Shoveling tunnels is a common practice in the UP. It's not my cup of tea. Still they do it every year, and think nothing of it.
Too bad you don't like Ford

Good tires/solid choice.Winter's coming. I have a trip to Florida in a week or two, probably will rack up around 2500-3000 miles total. After which I will be upgrading my tires with winter in mind. Leaning towards the Bridgestone Ultraweather.
