I think this whole situation would be better if
1 there wasnt any parts shortages.
2 there was a tracker on fords website. Each dealers allocation and how many orders they have.
Just deny the above allocation orders at all dealers. Simple.

So then my graph is pretty close.
There is obviously more factors and will lead to a plus minus of a few months.

Wouldn't it be nice since we know Ford is reading this forums they stepped up and answered a few concerns.

In all my time at Ford only noticed attention given to dealers that had connections with board members or global VP's There were two dealers one in Texas and one in New York our department would fly us to address their vehicle concerns. This is over and above field service engineers that cover a geographical area.

Plus a big thank you to the OP for the effort put in on this chart👍

Ford obviously knows what's been ordered and from which dealer. I can't help but believe that the factory only gives an allocation to dealer who has an ROVP they can actually build. My dealer has five orders ahead of mine who ordered before me, but they are all HB and mine is an EB with no constraints. News that hybrids are getting pushed back doesn't exactly break my heart.

I doubt they'd ever put out allocation numbers because it could really screw small/low allocation dealers. I'd rather they just scheduled by efficiency, especially since shipping is such a constraint now. It's still going to feel unfair, but at least there will be a reason and we won't be fretting that the regional manager won't get the whim to pick us.

Order placed 6/23, confirmed the same day. Still no build info. LUX package could be the killer.... hard to say

So made a few graphs to illustrate when you MIGHT expect YOUR Maverick to be built based on when you ordered.
Using numbers from how many reservations were made and assuming 70% order rate. Comparing that to production numbers which (fingers crossed) have been hovering around 6k units per month for the last 3 months. (Hopefully that increases).

these will be updated monthly as production numbers come in.

However there are other factors that contribute to Build Dates other than Reservation date.

1 Dealer allocation. Larger dealers get more Mavericks than smaller.

2 Maverick Configuration, hybrids are going to take longer to build, as well as Lariats or LUX/ High packages requiring more chips.

these graphs are just to help approximate when you COULD expect your Maverick.

First is the Weeks reservations. From reveal to then end of 2021.

blue line is Monthly orders based on reservation date. Green is total.
Hard to know EXACTLY how many orders there are, but this is a close guestimation.

Then heres the monthly production numbers. Will be updated Monthly to reflect current production numbers.

blue line is the monthly production numbers, green is projected (3 month average)
Grey/black line is total.

as you can see based on when your placed your reservation, you can get a general idea of when you could see your maverick. Again there are other factors. If you have a more simple build with the 2.0 your likely gonna get it earlier than a complex hybrid.

I think its safe to say if you have a order for a 2.0 currently you will definitely get it before the new year. If you have a current order for a hybrid, they COULD be done by the end of the year. But the farther down the reservation list you are, the lest likely thats going to happen unfortunately.
Great work. You should be working for Ford marketing department as you have an apparent grasp on the REALITY of what timelines look like. Thanks!
