I can place an order for ANYTHING, from socks to furniture to ANYTHING and instantly get complete order tracking, from the item being ordered, it's in process status, when it got shipped and the exact date it will land on my doorstep. But Ford can't figure this out? I don't need monthly communications, like others have asked here, I need a RELIABLE and ACCURATE way to check my order status, just pick up my phone and check on it. It's what FordPass SHOULD do and apparently just doesn't. Why, Ford? It's not a novel concept.
