It is amazing to me that they only run the ac in one specific test. I'm a Texan, AC all the time!Actual testing is the following:
EPA Test Procedures for Electric Vehicles and Plug-in Hybrids PDF attached at bottom.
So the document release date was 9/27/2021... Basically 2 weeks ago..Ford's testing was completed in June.
No#.PDF (epa.gov)
Interesting opinion…IMO, Ford wants the EPA to take their sweet time on the ratings, the hybrid standard was a total failure, they make more money on the ecoboost, the 20k price tag was to attract people then people would choose the Ecoboost ( pay more ) over the hybrid, that did not go as plan, so they want you to buy an ecoboost instead.
Not an Electric Vehicle and not a plug in hybrid.Actual testing is the following:

I don't think Ford orchestrated a conspiracy. That being said, never let a crisis go to waste...IMO, Ford wants the EPA to take their sweet time on the ratings, the hybrid standard was a total failure, they make more money on the ecoboost, the 20k price tag was to attract people then people would choose the Ecoboost ( pay more ) over the hybrid, that did not go as plan, so they want you to buy an ecoboost instead.
Interesting but I don’t think that’s how it works if selected..Not an Electric Vehicle and not a plug in hybrid.
Confirmatory testing does not require a stop sale. It can be done anytime.
Ford supplied the numbers to the EPA.
Right…..I guess that’s why Ford is investing billions in new plants to build electrics and hybrids, because they want to sell more IC engines. Quit spewing BS conspiracy crap. Some people actually believe this BS you spew.IMO, Ford wants the EPA to take their sweet time on the ratings, the hybrid standard was a total failure, they make more money on the ecoboost, the 20k price tag was to attract people then people would choose the Ecoboost ( pay more ) over the hybrid, that did not go as plan, so they want you to buy an ecoboost instead.

I guess you could think... Or you could know.... Your choice.Interesting but I don’t think that’s how it works if selected..
This document appears to describe emissions testing, not MPG testing.Attached are Why and What Ford needs to do for EPA approval for OKTB.
The EPA PDF titled "overviewconfirmatorytestingscript_updated.pdf" is the source of this information and attached to this post.
