Electronic modules and components locator

Is there an electronic and components ID locator anywhere that I can access?

I have a restraint system LF impact sensor circuit error, b-1413, I really could use to know where the sensor is and the RCM module(i believe in the dash column).

I have looked under the hood for the crash sensor and cant identify it, is it behind the bumper/facial or lower?

I have a wiring diagram already and just need to know where the sensor/RCM module is. Thx.

The RCM modules in under the center console:

The only front sensor I see is "Front Impact Severity Sensor", under the hood. For access says to remove air intake pipe:
