Eco battery issue

Ford pass has notified me on numerous occasions about low battery . this started occurring about 3 weeks ago . start/stop didn't engage anymore . ordered. Duel usb charger/voltage display/ battery monitor from Amazon ($11.65) . arrived today . plugs into 12v cigarette receptacle . ignition on/off voltage 11.6 . Mav running 14 .3 . turn off motor and quickly falls into 11 volt range . battery not seeming to holding a charge. .drove truck last week twice for total of 25 miles . will take to dealer when recall (airbags) are ready and bring up this issue . also need radio reprogram . truck has always started but have jumpstarter just in case .

Same issue, had one of those 12v usb display when I test drove my order at dealership. Never got above 12.4 at rest from day one. Hybrid.

I have seen a similar issue with my last Mav. The first one has gone into deep sleep once and I’ve had it six months longer than the last one.

You are not the only one with this problem.get it on down to the dealer asp.mine goes in this friday.seemed to be worse when temperatures were below 35.mines a ecoboost.hope its just a bad battery

My device is similar . engine off voltage drops in the 11 volt range quickly . thanks for info.

Already did that. Folks a headquarters said they started a case for me and I should take to dealer. Did that, Nada. When I contacted my contact at Ford they said the dealer is the place to get an answer. So if any of you get further than that, please

Yup, the dealers just do a quick load test and tell you to keep them informed if it happens again. Waste of time. I know my dealer left the truck on for at least 50 minutes before doing the test because my dash camera never shut off.

Mines been doing this very thing lately but not starting as well, been at the dealership multiple times and the battery keeps passing the tests so they say nothing can do and to keep them informed. Will be taking in on Saturday for diagnostic but they said they are 8 days out on top of that so hopefully in a couple weeks I'll find out what the problem is.
About to buy another battery just to see if it fixes my issue or not

My dealer keeps telling me that the battery passes the tests, but when pressed for why auto start stop doesn't work, they can't tell me. Laughable "technicians" and "service" from Ford.

Keep pushing them for a fix.

I've asked them to do a parasitic draw test on everything, to try and narrow it down. I'm hoping that will find it or they will be awesome and replace the battery without me paying too lol but I would get the agm instead of this enhanced flood one I got
