Easy quick handy project - grabbing stick / rod holder in bed (without lifting tonneau)

Thought I’d share this because it’s been so handy. I have a hard top trifold and although I can fold it back sometimes I’m in a hurry and want to grab something that has slid to the front of the bed. I got the broom holders from Amazon. Easy install as they have an adhesive back. They are easy to use. I made me a grabbing hook out of a screw hook from my local hardware store. Tapered the end of the broom handle and put a screw hook in it. This idea came from my pop in law. I stepped it up by installing the broom holder. Here’s a link to the broom holders:

It's a truck...many of us use it as a tool.

Broom holder...is a neat idea, need it for my hiking / retreval stick...Amazon will be wondering where the sales are coming from. Ordered the "magnetic" version since stick-on version might not work with texture of SIBL.

I do use my truck as a truck. I don’t plan on reselling it anytime soon. Eventually might do my own bed liner. But with the trifold OEDRO topper nothing is rusting in the bed. Will probably do that if I see any signs of rust.

I just use two under sleeping bed plastic totes about 21"x32" that when pushed forward can be reached with tailgate down and pulled out onto tailgate to load and unload. Sorry couldn't find picture but posted it here some time back.

I get it lol no worries there! I did get the SIBL and my wife already has a dump run planned for me.
My first official carry in the bed was a highly important one...a case of .

My solution has been a 4" paint roller on a handle extension. Call it ... medium duty.
