Don't you think Ford should have set expectations from the beginning of the process? Maybe have a more transparent allocation and scheduling process? They had no problem taking more orders than they knew they could fill while customers are left to search out forums like this one to get information for what is going on or calling Ford frequently to try to get updates. I don't think that is a good strategy to launch a new vehicle. Now you have someone like me that will not talk positively about the process to other people and that could affect future sales at least in the near term based on that especially with the amount of people having issues between Broncos, Bronco Sports, and Mavericks. I hear other issues about other manufacturers but nothing as bad as I am seeing with Ford and their new vehicle launches."The lack of communication around this process is astonishing." What are they supposed to be telling you???????????????? They don't even know when they will get the parts they need so how do expect them to tell you anything????????????????
