Do you have dual USB-C backseat USB connections??

I was watching a review video of a guy with a 2023 Hybrid XLT and noticed his backseat USB slots are USB-A/USB-C, but my 2023 Hybrid XLT slots are dual USB-C. What's up with that? I would have liked a USB-A port for any Apple users I might have in the backseat.

Some newer apple products use usb-c too.

My 2023 XLT has both USB A and C in the back seat.

USB-C seems to be the future.

You can get an adapter to go from one to the other.

That's what I thought , but I don't keep up all the updates.

Yup and I believe any Apple device with a lightning port will work with the USBC to lightning cable

I'm not necessarily complaining, I'm just wondering how I ended up with dual USB-C when it this video (and now others in the thread!) have USB-A and USB-C in the back.

I think your the first person to see this. Maybe a mid year upgrade. Or they ran out of the other part and had to use this to keep making trucks.

Mine has the dual USB c and my Uber customers just use the 110 volt outlet for their iPhones. I guess they're used to just carrying one of the little cubes in their pocket.

Mine is an xl with the 400 watt add-on. On a side note my mom's XL just has a regular cigarette lighter socket back there.

No phones, that I know of , have USB A port. Iphones use lightning and Android is USB C or Micro USB.
The charging end can be A or C just depends on the cable you use.

I have USB A to USB C cables, USB C to USB C cables, USB A to lightning, and USB C to lightning cables.
