Thats the great thing about a credit card, no liability.

Also, now Revolution Parts has been notified so one would think they would act to resolve and/or remove these crooks from their platform.

Credit Card charge should have never been processed if they did not send me the parts.

Royalty is not a scam, but they are understaffed when it comes to answering the phone. I bought my Maverick Tonneau cover and side cubbies from them and got a great deal. I live nearby so I actually went and picked my stuff up. Bought both items in July 2023 and had no problems with the items. But I agree that they do not answer the phone. I met the owner and this place is linked into the parts departments of all manufacturers. If the product you are looking for is scare nationally, it will also be scare with them... Tip for anyone buying anything from here is to check out North and South Jersey parts departments for the item that you want, and if they have them Royalty will get them at a lower $$$ because that is where they source their parts from.

I almost replied that no charge should be made until the item is shipped ... which means a company has inventory _before_ charging anything.

Then I remembered .... I made a $1000 down payment on my Maverick and waited over a year to get it.

So I can see both sides ...but if there are delays ... NOTIFY YOUR CUSTOMERS ..put it on your website.
No excuse not to .. i get short staff ...but a website message is instant and email is a thing that can be automated.
