DIY Tailgate Lock for 2025 different harness

I saw the DiY Tailgate lock from youtube using universal lock form amazon but i want to add the harness from under the spare tire its different the big connector no more only the cable for camera anybody know it . Thank you

did you find the wires? I have a 2026 xl and only the camera wire is in the harnes clip. I read somthing about using a harnes in the B piller whever that is?

There are a couple of threads about doing this for 2025 models. Not sure if it works for 2026 model. The B pillar is the the body section between the side front and back windows/doors. With the A pillar the body between the front windshield and the side window/door. The C pillar is that area between the rear side window and the rear window.
