Did any of you still install Ford mud guards?

I received a $100 of Free Ford.com gear and was thinking about getting the front and rear mud guards. Have any of you purchased these? Were you able to install these yourself? Was it difficult and how long did it take?Did screws come with it? Keep in mind, I consider putting bread into a toaster a moderate level of mechanical ability.

No mention of it being restricted to certain items. Says any Ford branded merchandise.

Yeah I've got them and installed them but be weary, they will damage the paint unless you 3M the contact points, see here

I purchased mine on Ebay using my Ford points. Installed myself in about 45min total. Pretty easy to do if you follow instructions that come with them. There is a thread here about instillation but some owners reported paint issues with the mud flaps along the fender edge where they fit. I have none of those issues but wanted you to be aware.

I did em myself. IIRC one hole needed to be drilled. I did not have an issue with paint damage. I would suggest that if a toaster is a challenge then get supervision on the install. The average cost should be in the range of a 6 pack for help.

Installed in July myself. Took me a while, but wasn't difficult. No paint damage whatsoever 5 months later.

There is a local repair shop that is very good as far as prices. Maybe I will check with them , although I am concerned about paint issues some of you have had.

FWIW. Mine came with the truck. Last summer, I pulled the guards off to do the suggested modifications, I did see minor damage beginning to appear. I couldn't see any paint issues until then, after they were removed.
