You're the one saying it's not a feature, so it's your burden to prove otherwise. Easy enough to quote specifications of the 2024 models to see if those features are offered, yet no one used that information to counter the video. In fact, no one has offered specific information to show the video is untrue.
To recap, responders here claim the video is false. Ok, so I asked for specifics statements in the video that they believed to be false. For example; the PHEV or AWD hybrid.

Let's be real clear here. I am not promoting Chase Car. Frankly, my first experience with them. I happened upon the video and thought it was interesting enough to post. My concern here is more about how members immediately claimed the video was false without citing specifics . . . just making sweeping generalities. Look, I'm open to the possibility the video has some false statements, but some of them we know to be true.
So you like clickbait videos, which is fine, but we don't need them. Any video passing off "predictions" or "rumors" as facts is clickbait crap.

If more than one "Statement" is false, it's junk IMO.

What? You want me to go find you proof that AWD Hybrid and Plugin Hybrid aren't features on the 2024 Maverick?

That's the hill you're dying on? Okay. Here you go. Yikes on bikes my guy, do I need to drive to your house and click on links for you next? The video said they're coming in the 2024 model year, and they didn't.

But here's the thing -- the onus is always on the person making the claim, not everyone else. You posted making the claim, so the onus was on you not the rest of us. Demanding people prove a negative is frankly ridiculous.

And you didn't think to investigate the channel at all? To look at the rest of their content to verify their credibility?

Never a thought in your mind apparently.

I posted the video. I didn't make the claim. Where you got the idea I was making the claims is puzzling. I copied it to the thread as an item of interest and suddenly people like yourself start to blame me for its content.

Ironically contradictory (and frankly, laughable) is how you made a big deal about proving a negative while you went ahead and proved the PHEV and AWD hybrid were not offered.

As if that wasn't good enough, you had to be an asshole in your replies. Nobody needs your sarcastic arrogance.

I posted the video. I didn't make the claim.
When you share the thing, you promote the thing. Therefore, you promoted the claim.

You're responsible for what you choose to share.

The sad part is there are real content creators (such as myself) who painstakingly research and present facts and opinion in ways that fall under the practices of good journalism. Clickbait for the morons like this stuff likely makes this channel far more money than I do based on their traffic and views. I should give up the scientific, rigorous honesty and truthful crap and start cashing in on the Shallow Hals of the world with simplistic 4th grade Boob-Bait for the Bubbas.

It's super irritating how many of the clickbait channels flood the search results. If it's any consolation, I've really enjoyed every video of yours I've seen.

Agreed 100%, I also enjoy Sam's channel, not just the Maverick info.

There are so many channels that we all know is a waste of time to invest 5 seconds in.

There are some threads on here, authored by some, that you know is going to be nothing but negative non information.

For some reason if the word "tech" is in the name of the channel it's 99% likely to be click bait and fake as hell.
