Anyone in a similar situation? Or have information for me?
My truck (2024 Lariat) was scheduled for the week of 11/20, delayed to 11/27.
The pizza tracker switched to In progress on 11/30, the modules populated the same day, and then I received this email below yesterday.
The dealer tells me he can only see that my truck is still at the factory. Any insight is apprecaited!

Your vehicle is almost built.

We understand it has been too long since you last heard from us. Just wanted to give you an update on the status of your Maverick Lariat order. While production of your vehicle was projected to begin the week of November 27, 2023, supply chain challenges continue to cause delays and uncertainty.
This is frustrating, we get it. We want nothing more than to get your Ford up on the line and start assembling it. And we will continue to work hard to reduce the delays to try to get you on the road in your new vehicle soon.
We’ll be sure to keep you updated as we get more information, at least once every 45 days. Hang in there. We really do appreciate your patience and understanding.
in the exact position but they did give me an ETA that has not changed from a week ago,

Did they specifically say it was shipped, or just that it was built and had an ETA to the dealer?
My dealer ETA has already come and gone and it's still just been built and waiting to ship.
No just had an ETA to dealer.

Can confirm, tracker is broken. Chat said vehicle is built and on its way but tracker says in production still.

Chat or phone call to get the most accurate information.
They don't have access to the same system as the dealer and are sometimes wrong. The dealer has the most accurate info but usually only the sales manager. You are paying the dealer for your order, make them work for you and give you info.

I reached out to Ford chat today and they told me they only see what's on the tracker website.

Maybe we talked to different chat systems. Which did you talk to?

My build began a week ahead of schedule (11/28). My tracker still says in production, but the "Last updated date" began to change on 12/1 and changed 4-5 times. The first time was when my sticker went live (but not the link on the tracker site). Second time was when my modules popped. I checked with Ford Chat and they said it was built and back from the body shop (SIBL I believe) and was now waiting to ship (estimated delivery Jan 14-20).
I think the only part on the tracker page is that date and changes as it completes each step. I am waiting to see if it changes again and that may mean it has shipped.

I think KyleM is mistaken. Ford chat has been giving out ETAs (mine was supposed to be 12/2-12/8) but the trucks haven't actually shipped yet.

Based on my tracking of several trucks earlier this year this is accurate. What’s happening with my current build is no update since 11/25. Chat confirms it built ( I believe was the last update). Now no shipped email and chat keeps reporting the same ETA which is obviously not gonna happen. Dealer just says the same thing as chat no help there. I hope I’m wrong but I suspect we have close to a month backlog of unshipped trucks. Think we’ll see ETAs adjust once some start shipping.

Mavericks from build week 11/13 onwards are not being shipped due to a hold. There must be some missing parts or a major issue which affects every single Maverick.

My sales manager just repeats what Chat says..... I hate the lack of transparency.

My build was 11/30 . It’s in a quality assurance hold now.

I work for a Ford dealership and have access to what’s called Vin view. This is the latest info on my Maverick as of 12/10. This maybe why a lot of Maverick’s haven’t moved since 11/13.

What does "quality assurance hold" mean?

Are they holding it to check over and test to make sure it's 100%, or they already checked it and found something that needs attention before releasing it?

Got the word today that mine is built with an ETA to the dealer of 1/7-13.

Looking forward to it.
