Intell locks not working on passenger side.
Read thru forums, did all suggested fixes...they worked!
1. Recharge battery
2. Reset BCM (5 brites, 3 brakes)
3 reset intell locks per forum rea sequence .
4 restart the Maverick, let run a few minutes.
5. Try your doors.
6 worked for me.
Problem seem still with the low quality factory battery or BCM software. Maybe a 2025 fix that works for prior years also ... I'll do the above routine every 6 months, till I can afford an AGM battery.

The perfectly good battery is now sulphated due to the faulty BMS software, so its not going to hold sufficient charge now. Your BMS reset fix will only last maybe a week and then you'll be getting a battery anyways. Hopefully its still under the 3/36 bumper-to-bumper warranty period.

When it is recalled by the end of March for the deep sleep problem it won't matter whether in or out of warranty. Will be covered under the recall.

The battery recall this year on the EcoBoost was to check for a shorted battery cell, which would be a safety item if it caused your vehicle to die at highway speeds as reported by a few people. The inability to start the Hybrid vehicle or to have ancilliary functions like passenger door unlocking or interior lights is not going to be safety related, so an NHTSA recall is highly unlikely.

There is a separate recall for (at least) the Hybrid that is supposed to fix the BMS software that's causing 12v batteries to fail early, due to lack of proper charging. It's different than the defective batteries recall for certain ecoboost trucks.
