Am I the only one who really hates dealer stickers on the back of my vehicles?
They never compliment the style or color of the other factory graphics, so they are ugly.
I especially hate painted logos, which are a bear to remove.
I have come to despise the dealer that sold me my last new vehicle and would never want to give him free advertising.
The dealer didn't design the truck, didn't engineer it, didn't build it. He just took my money, held the truck for a few hours and stuck his name on it.
Now get off my lawn.

I will take this one off, but it doesn't look that bad on A51.

Both new vehicles I have bought I have removed the license plate frame immediately when I got the vehicle home.
The dealer does nothing but make money off of me. They don't get to advertise on my vehicle.

It doesnā€™t ruin my day or bother me, but I take them off.

That is the first thing that changes on any vehicle I buy. A little bit of heat and it peels off, then a bit of polishing cleaner to remove any residue. No free advertising, more so if they aren't giving me a good deal.

The ones I hate beyond anything are the ones who don't use stickers but use emblems they SCREW on. One Ford dealership near me did this for years. They only quit when it came down to a lawsuit because they expected customers to foot the bill because Ford wouldn't cover trunk lids and tailgates rusted out from the screw holes, but customers wouldn't have it since it was because of the dealership. Now, they use stickers, too.

At least it's a sticker and fairly easy to remove- some dealers rivet their dealer badge on lol.

Iā€™ll request to not have one put on. Hell, nobody in Dallas will know who Long McArthur is anyway.

The only decent dealer tag Iā€™ve ever seen is Classic BMW in Plano. Itā€™s just a Texas flag. Nothing else.

When I get the call the mine is in Iā€™m going to ask them remove any free advertisements from my vehicle. If they want me to advertise I think $100.00 a month is fair. Billboards go for $700+ a month, why should it be free just because you did the paperwork?

Have never allowed advertisements without being paid. Longest time without removal ā€¦..3 days
I ALWAYS asked if I was gonna get a monthly check and how much for driving around advertising.

Salesman told if they sneak it on he'd take off. Also said he'd remove the FX4 decals.

Since I ordered mine I told them not to apply any dealer advertising and they agreed. Hopefully they abide, but I will remind them.
