Dealer Mark Up - thought Farley ended this!!!

When this happened to me I was concerned because I was told by the sales rep that they would not.
Requesting a court decision I was informed by the Judge to pay the added charges for unordered modifications then bring them to court.
She was holding a copy of the sales document that prohibited court litigation.

Last time I saw a Maverick Lariat Hybrid on the lot that a $15,000 mark up added to it. And the dealership would not budge.

They sold it the next day
