Dash Tweeter Mounting

I don't have my truck yet so I'm asking here: all of the builds I've read mention that it's virtually impossible to mount an aftermarket tweeter where the OEM dash tweeter is. Can anyone explain exactly why this is? I’m surprised no one has 3D printed an appropriate bracket yet. Or am I missing something?

I mounted Focal tweeters in the stock locations. I removed the outer housing from the new tweeters and wrapped the outer diameter with 1/4" 3M double sided tape and pressed them into place. I used these wiring adapters. Mind the polarity when attaching the adapter to the stock wiring harness.
