Damaged by transport

Salesman called and said that my Maverick is in but———————!!!!!

Appearantly, my daughter’s Bronco rode in from Kansas City on the cab of my Maverick! Transport driver didn’t lock the hydraulics in to keep the top vehicle off of the lower ones.

Well hell. Been waiting since 12/1 and now it finally get here and may be totaled.

I managed a high line multi dealers body shop for 38 years and fixed 100s maybe 1000s of vehicles that were damaged in transport or in their lots, its happens every day and most customers are never told., the laws have change over a certain dollar amount the customer has to be told. Sorry it happened to you on a vehicle you waited months for, if your still taking the vehicle just check out the repair shop and make sure their equipped to repair it properly, some dealers use the cheapest shop they could find not the best.

Well you've got to believe that the owner of the transport business is fully insured for these type of mishaps good luck, Hopefully they won't determine that it's a total loss and then you're back to square one waiting to order a 2024
