Truck and others are frequently DYC dipped, no wax
Robert, never seen this process. You don't need to wax it? Is there anything you need to do to protect the DYC? I even ceramic coated my vinyl wrap.

So you just need to wash it and that's it? COOL.

I've wrapped 3 vehicles and liked all of them. Mine were vinyl wraps though. I saw the website you originally posted about it and thought about it. Think I'm over the wrap stuff. I'll just ceramic coat it and keep it shined up. But I couldn't walk away from a freebie either. Good deal.
I think I'm going to get my buddy to make me some vinyl lettering to fill-in the 'Maverick' on the tailgate. I'll probably use the black hi-viz stuff like I've done for my Harley. Looks really cool in the daytime because it's subtle and at night when a light hits it...blam it's dazzling! Plus on a bike it nice to been seen! o_O

My Mustang has PPF on most of it and I still ceramic coat and wax it.
