Curious to see what the herd thinks of this roll bar

Would look better if the Roll Cage was flush against the sides & top of the cab. Not sure if that is the AI or if it is the actual design of the cage?

It looks like it could be pushed forward a bit?

Yeah this is just ai.. I'm sure there would be some room to move it closer to the cab.But I was just playing around with the idea because it being three hundred bucks, it's not exactly cheap to just throw the $ at it if I didn't like it

I actually like the looks of it quite a lot. Thumbs up. My only concern is that it might interfere with the tonneau cover I am currently looking at (hard cover).

I personally like it and will eventually get it. I've seen a couple with it on and like the look, plus I can mount lights. Just fyi that style is called a chase rack since it provides no actual roll bar functionality.

Just realized the top of the aftermarket cage can’t be flush against the roof because of the cab mounted brake lights etc. This Tacoma has an OEM cage that must have cutouts for the brake lights. The roof rack ties it all together too. Similar roof rack for a Maverick I wonder…

I like the look of your sports bar, it is different and stands out in the crowd. The sports bar is not new, I have had the keko sports bar on my maverick for 3+ years and still enjoy how it looks.

Thank you, I appreciate the compliment and agree sidesteps. On these are just kind of pointless, unless they would be rock sliders and tucked way up only to provide protection when you're sliding on boulders, but anything other than that definitely is pointless in my opinion.. I'm only considering This so I can add rotopacs and whatever off road accessories to the sides of it without tying up bed space
