Working with Liveronis on having a customers truck dynoed and having the tune for it. Intercooler, downpipe and intake at the very least. Injectors and HPFP is coming and will allow us to run straight E85.

So this is to say that if I were to tell Livernois I have this turbo, this intercooler, this downpipe, they will already have a canned tune for it?

I can’t speak for them or their policy but they will have tuned that setup on their dyno. What they do with that calibration is not for me to say

that's pretty standard at shops. off-the-shelf or prebuilt maps typically are conservative.

if there's a custom dyno-tuned map for a truck with particular modifications that is highly similar to another truck I think that the map is useful as a starting point but I would not just load it and assume everything is great. the second person's fuel could be a little different, driving at higher altitude, maybe tows or hauls.

that's the long version of saying that, in my opinion, a person should expect to pay the full custom tune price even if their build is the same / very similar to someone else's. you would want to load whatever map and datalog and have the tuner tweak it as necessary. need to, honestly.

Correct and I would never recommend someone run a canned tune with an aftermarket turbo other than for startup and putting around to log for your custom tune. But I’m not a tuner and leave that up to the pros.
