Crunched/Bent Frame - Advice

Bought a used 2024 Maverick Hybrid, knowing it was in an accident.
From the looks of it, the truck was rear-ended on the passenger side.....
What would you prioritize in this situation?

Barring the issue of being insured and a title.
The damage is beyond the "Mechanical" portion of the Drivetrain.
so she should "track" as before this incident.
If it was me, I would know what I was getting into and be prepared for some additional expense.
But, with the rising prices...

It would be a good "beater"... (by the way, I don't tow anything..)

Any updates??

Yes.

The title came back clean from seller's state, and my truck is registered and insured in my state, so all good there.

Within the next few weeks, I will get over to the body shop to see what they can do about my rear bumper clips. I also plan to get a wheel alignment, to ensure the tires wear evenly, and then hitting the frame with self etching primer on the outside of the frame, and then some cavity wax for the inside of the frame tubes, and calling it a day for my new beater.

Also planning on grabbing a Granger ESP, to make me feel better about this 1st gen product.
