I use the ACC a lot on our Maverick. I also have a TomTom gps on the window. I have noticed that the gps reads about 2 mph under the cruise set speed. I don't know which is accurate, if either. Has anyone else noticed a discrepancy? Since the speedometer is digital can it be adjusted if it is incorrect?

That's what I'm telling the officer if I get pulled over... Cruise control must be inaccurate.

I believe there is an adjustment in Forscan that can be made. Beyond that, I know nothing.

I do not have my Mav yet; but on my Mazda CX-5 the difference typically varies between 1 & 2 MPG . The GPS is higher. Suggest that these estimates are about 1 MPG +-, so the difference is not unreasonable. Which is correct? I do not know. But just to be safe I drive at no more than 7 MPG above the posted speed limit.
