The performance shop by me wants $950 to install them plus the cost of the Eibach springs. What did everyone pay?

Only based on how long it took someone to install their own set, about 6 hours total, you are probably looking at $100 an hour labor plus whatever fees taxes they include. Labor cost could be less if they also include and alignment with the install.

I installed my Eibach springs. A good mechanic should be able to do the job in about 3 hours including a bit of time to review the procedure. I have a lift and believe that's a reasonable estimate based on my experience. The front springs take longer than the rears. A lift isn't necessary, but saves some setup time.

Only 3.5 hours of my time. But I have impact guns and coil compresion tools, 950 sounds crazy. I would say 400 -500 depending on area.

I paid $850 at Les Schwab and that included the lowering kit, an alignment and installation.

Another thing to consider is the alignment as others have mentioned. Some of us required toe adjustment bars (rear) and cam bolts (front). If you find out that your vehicle cannot be aligned and you require parts, it'll need to be aligned again. Is yours AWD?

Mine was a Hybrid in California and was charged $900 at a local shop not including the springs or an alignment which I got at a second shop. I thought it was high, but the other shops I went to refused to do it due to “liability” issues.

OP, if you're flush with money and can sell your current Maverick for a great price, you could consider the lowered 2025 Lobo? If nothing else, you could have your dealer order the Lobo parts and pieces needed for lowering?

Absolutely nuts , I was just quoted $1500 to install and align by 4wheel parts. Thats not including the springs. I purchased the springs separately.

Go to you fav auto parts or Amazon, buy a good jack, few towers a impact gun and rent spring compression tool, a box of pizza and few Gatorades, bring the tablet to watch the tutorial and save yourself plenty of those hard earned ones. 1500$ is over 4x the price of the item.

I mean if you have the space and patience to do it, if not then go to a better shop.

Yeah I was just being lazy. Was going to bite the bullet if it were like $300-400.
But yeah I have the tools and know how. It just confirmed I’m definitely doing it myself 😂
