What's a CD player?

Seriously, maybe its me, but I would like to see a table of contents in the owner's manual that is easy to navigate. Example. Wondering on the function of say the Cargo Light Switch? Go to the table of contents to C and find Cargo Lights. I dunno, must be me.

I agree that the owner's manual is very poorly organized. I think even on early models, it was designed to be searched in electronic format rather than paper.

I also miss seeing controls labeled in English words. Ford was good about using words rather than icons for decades.

My 89 Prelude had pop up headlights. It was such a cool feature.

Best and most fun car I EVER owned - an '88 Prelude 4WS, manual - of course! Loved that car. If I could get another, I would. Back when Honda use to make high-quality, well-engineered, innovative vehicles.

+1 and Fog lamps...

I've driven economy vehicles mostly since 2000, and none of them have had an underhood or glovebox light. However, the Maverick is the first since then without fog lamps. I've remedied that situation, but it wasn't cheap.

Fog lamps are a must in my vehicles. They add that extra bit of light that helps, IMHO.

It sounds like most Mav people want an SUV; extolling the virtues of 4 doors, backseat, and nary a mention of the almost unusable bed. They seem to like the IDEA and maybe looks of a bed, not just one you can use for camping. Unless you're a very short person.

yeah its wireless stuck on with double sided 3M tape. i plan on moving it to the tailgate side of the bed. hhhmmm...it seems i dragged the thumbnail instead of the usual full pic to my post.

YES! I was a smoker back then (a few years ago). Loved the way the back part of the opening just removed the ash with no fuss, no muss!!!! AND, it was probably less dangerous to do this then it is to now reach for a control option on the screen display!!!!!

Does anyone else wish the Mav had more than 2 cup holders on the center console?
My 2003 Tacoma had 4 cup holders. Made it very convenient when going on a fast food
run for more than two people. I would like to have at least 3 cup holders up front.

If the Maverick had 4 cup holders in the center console my wife would have 4 cups sitting in the console… so no!
We have Hydro Flasks that fit in the door perfectly, so we already have room for 4. So “if” the fast food place didn’t give you a carrier, use the two out back. I also put the food in the back seat because the fries wouldn’t survive the trip home.

My oh my have we gotten spoiled.

I used to hold cups between my legs and had to walk to school up hill, both ways !
