Continental protrax poor in snow

I’m in the Adirondacks (nuf’said) and have found that the OEM tires suck in snow - sold them put Blizacks on….a HUGE improvement!!

Almost any new tires would be better in snow than the OEM Continentals that only have 8/32" tread depth.

Yup! I sold them for $225, got Bridgestone 235’s Blizzack - fantastically better!

What do you plan to use in the summer? I also have BLIZZAK WS90 on another set of wheels. BUT still have OEM tires and wheels for summer use. I figured the OEM tires would suck so changed them out before winter.

Blizzack snow tires are better in snow than OEM All Season. Understood.

Yup, the OEM we’ll be great for summer use!
