People saying they don't like the "looks" of it don't understand that this is very functional. Other toppers are more for looks and less for function. This is for people or most likely business who need super utility over looks.

Yeah thats a ARE cap cut down and modified by a topper installer. As ugly as every truck cap built before people started buying trucks as commuters and not work tools. Im sure it does the job for em. They probably paid under $2000 for em aswell instead of that being the starting price without doors. Good buisness. Love it.

One other thing to point out is that the reason buildable 2023s sold out their capacity in 6 days, is because Ford really didnt expect all of the type of crowd that thinks this cap is ugly and un-useable to join the party.

Have used shells just like this for decades. They're a huge wind brake and on a small truck multiply that by 1000%.
