Hello

I was hoping to get a thread going for people to post before/after photos of lifts or level kits for the hybrid (or ecoboost to give an Idea of what it will look like)

So far I ony know of 2 manufacturers for the hybrid

HGRoffroad.com
1.5" leveling kit (front only)
1.5" lift kit (front and back, maintaining the factory rake)

Flatoutsuspension.net
2" leveling+lift kit (front and back, leveling out the rake)

I am having trouble making a decision on what would be best for me, was holding off until I got more information or more options become available.

I plan on keeping the factory XLT wheels, and getting slightly more agressive all-terain tires when mine wear out. My intention is to get a little more ground clearance so the front bumper comfortably clears parking bars/parking curbs, making it look a little more trucky, and giving me better protection from the pot-hole ridden post-apocalyptic streets of St. Louis MO. I dont care about loosing a few miles per gallon. My last truck was a 2nd gen Tacoma 2WD that had quite a bit more clearance than the Maverick. It had enough to not worry about curbs/parking bars.

If interested, even though if you did this you probably posted your kits elsewere on a different thread, please post:

1) Photos (before and after if possible)
2) kit used
3) experiance with changes in MPG/handeling
4) any problems experianced
5) cost of install

PLEASE KEEP TO A MINIMUM off topic comments/posts

I am trying to create a consolidated thread with only information for Maverick owners insterested in a lift or level, so people dont need to pour through multiple threads and piece together info.

We finally did a photo shoot with my hybrid and one of our new wheels styles for the Maverick and Bronco Sport.
1.5 HRG front level kit
255/65-17 BFGoodrich Trail T/A
17X8 +30mm offset wheels
Ford AirDesigns flares
AVS window and hood shield
tri-fold bed cover
Waiting on a few other things to show up.

Note that going up to the taller size my mileage did decrease from 42.3 to 39.8 not a huge deal compared to my Bronco Sport that was also lifted and averaged 22.2 mpg.

scheduled to go to Eibach on the 8th for new lowering kit, going to change up the look with more of a rally truck look. Should be a fun transformation.

I’m sorry but , these tires would require at minimum , pinch weld removal, inner fender cover cutting and fender trimming at front and possible ecm relocation ,and will still rub at full lock .
As my 23’tremor has 255/75/17 bfg m/t on it with an additional custom 3” kit on it .the difference between the tiki’s and bfg is minimal.

I found Good-Win Racing has a levelling spring kit. They are 180 bs springs and give 1.25" lift. I've been thinking about them, just waiting for response to confirm the lift the Hybrid by 1.25" and don't require any mounting changes for brake lines, cables, or sway bar links. They also have adjustable camber bolts.
Good-Win Springs
**UPDATE: per Good-Win they have not fit them on a hybrid themselves, but customers report to them that the springs work fine and the ride height is about the same, give or take a .25" due to variances between vehicles.

I also found Eibach has a levelling spring kit for about the same price as the Good-Wins. Not sure the spring rate, but it does say specific to the hybrid models. Also no info on mount changes.

I ended up putting on the flat-out level lift kit, happy with it except the sway bars kept going bad( 2 full replacements) after much research i found out that Toyota 2003-2019 Corolla sway bars are the same size as the ones provided. I put a cheap pair from Amazon on to see if it would solve the issue or if the lift was causing the problem, happy to report the cheapies are still noise free after 6 months

One additional piece of info, my truck started showing signs of bad cv axels when this was done, progressively got worse after not being an issue for several months. I took it to the ford dealer expecting to pay out of pocket for a repair, but was covered under warranty, so that's good

Interesting find on the sway bar. Corollary to that would be that maybe there's a wider selection to choose from to better tune the suspension???? Is there a place to post that tidbit for all to see?

They might have replaced the CV's with the new type like the tremor and hybrids now have.

Hopefully they are the new ones, to find that fit i measured the ones they gave me, then search various makes models years on advanced auto parts website. Was looking for one that links were in the same bolt size/orientation and link length as the ones that they gave me, they list the length from bolt to bolt, dint remember where i got the bolt size info from, but it was not all in one place unfortunately. The photos show tge orientation, straight bar with bolts facing opposite directions is what you want

Wanted to share a pic of my ‘25 XLT EcoBoost that I recently leveled by using the rear coil springs from a ‘20-‘23 Ford Escape.

Eibach also lists a spring lift kit (1.9" Front and 0.6" Rear lift) for the Mavericks including the Hybrids. I did a search and didn't see anyone that has installed one of their Pro-Lift Spring Kits. Looks like an interesting option. Anyone try them?
