Confusing minor problem.

2024 AWD Lariat Ecoboost.
I have Re-Downloaded my phone list and still have one problem.
On search I type the first two letters of my wife’s name and that’s all I can do.

Her contact info/name will not show up in search.

It’s in the downloaded list,
It shows in the recent call list,
And I can ask, verbally using the phone controls on the steering wheel. I can ask and it calls her.

BUT !!!!
When she reads her name back on the dial out the word ‘Other’ follows my wife’s name.

If she finds out she’s listed as the, ‘OTHER’ woman and my two girl friends are not my ass is in bad shape.

Sounds like a typo of some sort. Check the spelling. Maybe try something different like "My Wife"
What I mean is to change her name to something different in your contact list.

Either a typo or one of those quirky things that has no real explanation. If the spelling is correct I would suggest creating a new contact for her on your phone with the name you use for now in your contacts and the number 2 at the end. Then delete the original contact and see if "Wifey 2" shows up correctly. Also before doing any of that remove the phone from the infortainment system and then re-connect it after creating the new contact.

If she sees "Wifey 2" show up that could create even more problems !
