Yes! Complete failure at 70 mph on I-95 in left lane. Somehow the traffic gods were with me and was able to to drift over to shoulder and came to a grinding stop in drive. First of many electrical failures and battery replacement after harness replacement.

Has happened twice now to me. Truck currently at dealership. Replaced main communication hub in truck. Still same problem. Have wiped the computer clean and reinstalled all soft wear still same thing.

No not yet. Second try at it. Was going 75mph and power dropped speed went to 50, 30, 20 mph.
Are you out of NY? Cause ford engineering said a vehicle in NY had the same problem.

Geez, sorry and worried to hear this. Can you give more details of what happened? Does the instrument cluster light up like a Xmas tree and any other details. Ecoboost or hybrid?
I have not taken a road trip in my Mav yet but posts like this make me nervous to do so!

Hybrid lariat luxury 2023. Yes dash lit up but couldn't read all the warnings was worried about getting to the side of the road.
LA. Yes thats what mine did. Dealer said it was fixed and I went about 7 miles got on the freeway it did it again. It goes into a limp mode so I took it back to the dealer and there it sits. It all started after I took it in for recalls. Reprograming the powertrain module was one of the things they did in the recall.
Advice. Drive in the right lane for quick escape on the freeway.

Same exact thing happened to me. Reprogramming the last recall was two days before it blew up.

Happened to me yesterday. Something is seriously wrong with Ford Mavericks. Someone is going to get killed. I filed a complaint with NHTSA. It was very scary with traffic.

I think these failures were all after having recalls done affecting the PCM and had nothing to do with the 12v battery problem. Word has it that Ford has a fix for the bad recalls that started about the end of March. Seemed like mostly '22's and pre summer '23's were affected.

Ford had a problem with the one recall, and put a STOP download on it until like 2/24 or 2/25, so it must be a corrupted program - the dealer should either contact tech hotline or attempt another pcm flash...
NOTE: Ford knows who got the recall done and will probably make another program for updates, but may be best to contact NHTSA to lodge a concern, for proper follow-up...
