First, I want to thank the creators of this group and those who keep it going. Thanks, guys.
I don't know if it was a coincidence, but I learned here that I could call my dealer and ask them to change my Priority Code from 19 to 10. This effectively puts you further up the build list.
I called and they changed it on May 25th. I received my build email on June 15th.
If this info ends up helping someone get their Maverick built, I will have payed it forward. Good luck, everyone!

Might not be, I did the same thing and a week later I was scheduled for my build. It might be worth a try for all those waiting.

All though I have heard not all dealers will change your priority, mine did without issue.

My dealer changed my priority before I asked and mine was just built on 6/6.

Speaking with my dealer the other day and he told me, myself and Snowbird have been PC10 from day one. I'm sure it did not hurt our chances.

I was very fortunate to get scheduled for a build the week of July 24. Others have waited longer and others are still waiting.

I asked my dealer to change it back in January. He said all retail order are at 19, just to make it fair for all their customers. So I dropped the hitch and SIB/D-link and got scheduled a few months later.

If this is anything like the GM notifications/production codes/status updates - I'd take the "I'll believe it when I see it" approach.

Same with my dealer. My brother has worked there for 23 years and asked the sales manger to give my Maverick order a better priority number.

Nope, I was at 19 like everyone else.

There's not much one can do if they refuse to change it. If my dealer would have refused... and I didn't get a build date this time around, i would have went to a different dealer next time. But, he was totally open and cool about it. He gained a loyal customer in doing so.

My dealer put in ALL '22 orders as priority 10. Which renders it pretty meaningless, since there is no differentiation between any of the orders. Rollover orders should have been priority 10s, and everyone else something lower. I wasn't a rollover, and I'm glad my truck got built (shipped on 6/17), but I would feel bad if my dealer had any '22 rollovers that didn't make the cut for '23...

Agree, totally. And you have a good dealer there. He gave all of you the best chances of getting built. Taking care of his customers.

Effect was the same as if he had entered all of them at priority 19. No differentiation within the dealer queue.

Same for mine. I even asked why someone who had no idea of order banks open/closing and popping in at the last minute should have the same chance as myself that did my research and made sure to get my order in early. His response was "well in theory Ford should be building in order of time orders were placed". All orders were 19.
