Climate Control Temp on Center Screen

Hi all,

The later builds of the Maverick this M.Y. saw the climate control temp readout transitioned to the center screen, doing away with the LCD readout on the knob. My truck is one of them.

Something I've noticed in my first month of ownership is that the temperature setting on the center screen sometimes isn't there on initial start up. As soon as I turn the knob to adjust, it shows up and is normal the rest of the drive. I've been unable to replicate it consistently, so I don't know what the specific cause is. There are no other issues and the CC works fine (I assume it's a software bug regarding the visibility of that number). I am just wondering if this is something others have noticed.

On the Lariat at least it's displayed on the upper right corner of the instrument cluster display. It will also show on the infotainment to right of the clock, but if I recall correctly that might only be when it's connected to a phone. Edit: The infotainment temp next to the clock actually does appear to be the truck's measure ambient temp as well, although if you have Android Auto or the like open that will display a temp pulled from a weather service so it may differ from the IC temp.

Got to see them live for the first time when I was a young lad for the Vapor Trails tour (so fairly late in their career). Alas in retrospect I didn't go when they came back around here on the Clockwork Angels tour.

And very cool @Darnon! I'm only 23 so never really got a chance to see them live anywhere, but I really wish I could've. My dad is a big Rush fan so I grew up listening to them.

Great energy in that crowd especially YYZ - The newer live discs have much better blue ray quality - FYI

Yeah, the audio mixing isn't super great in some parts on the Rush in Rio recording but man does the intro riff on Tom Sawyer have such an awesome tone there.

Unrelated, but I’ve recently been revisiting coheed and cambria to scratch that progressive rock itch.
