Ordered my 24 Lariat hybrid in July of 23. Was delivered to my dealer mid-November. Sold my 2014 F150 4x4 in about 4 hrs, and two weeks prior to my Maverick arriving. So far, love the Maverick!

7,000 miles and 14 months into ownership, and we adore this thing. I occasionally get nervous over seeing other people on the forums having issues, but it seems like we've gotten lucky. Rock solid thus far. Don't want to jinx myself, but I feel like if my maverick was gonna be a lemon, issues would have already popped up.
My 2022 was rear-ended and totaled a week ago. It had 19,700 miles and made 2 trips to Florida with no problems. I was very fortunate to find a 2024 at a local dealer which had been refused. It is an almost identical XLT and I can"t wait to pick it up in about 10 days.

I hope it isn't temporary happiness, but I haven't felt this happy in a long time. Almost 2 weeks in of ownership (23XLAWD) and it feels like the best decision I made in a long time. I wished I joined this club sooner, would have definitely helped me get a better deal, however still a great deal for a great truck. I have been checking the forums everyday to learn and help expand the possibilities with this truck. Reading is a lot more fun and easier when it's interesting.

First truck, first Ford, first automatic transmission that I purchased. As much as I love turbos oooo eeee ahhhh ahhhh roar roar, however I wonder if I should have gotten a hybrid since highways around here seem to be nonexistent with the fact of so much traffic these days since the pandy. It's pretty much local driving on a highway all day every day. Please get out of the left lane if you aren't passing lol.

Sure I have had some great fun on the race tracks with past cars, but this fun I am having in this short amount of time has never occurred before. So many plans, so many decisions, so many ideas. It's as if I am a one stop shop for this truck right now with scheduling on when each part needs to be installed by me. I had to even reschedule myself today because life happens. Great part is that I didn't have to tell the tech(me) why I needed to reschedule. EFFICIENCY!
Thank you all for contributing to this community.

Well Merry Xmas you filthy truckers!

Got my 2023 XLT hybrid in February of 2023 as someone had passed and my XL order was still no where to be seen.

No problems and almost 6,000 miles! I am glad I ended up with this upgraded model with luxury package as I plan on keeping it for some time.

40k and just a bad 12v battery and a squirrel-chewed parking brake wire. Zero downtime in 18 months.

So far so good! 2300 miles and 8 months. Only issue was inflicted by rodents eating the AC wires. Fixed for $500. Everybody said you got off easy...at least it’s fixed😎. Otherwise it’s a great vehicle. Merry Christmas everyone 🎄🎁🎄

Sold my XLT which had zero problems and was a pure pleasure to drive. My 2024 Lariat, BAP, 2.0, AWD, is scheduled for assembly very soon. I already have my new floormats, bed mat, Graphine protectant. i’m 73 years old and can hardly wait.
I ordered my '22 XLT Hybrid 11/3/2021 for $25K (XLT just to get cruise control). Ford cancelled the order in 8/22 and converted it to a '23 for $28K (but a rebate covered most of the increase). Took delivery after 18 months last April. The auto-dimming backup camera is a nuisance, The update didn't fix that, but it did make the MPG estimator more accurate (42mpg instead of 48mpg). The "Truck May Burst Into Flames" recall is a bummer, but I love the truck. I call it a truck, and I have a 2007 Tacoma and a 2002 RAM 1500 so I think 'm entitled. I am very pleased with the truck. It is the first new vehicle I ever owned (or ordered) and I am 67 and will retire in 2 years. I hope it lasts. If FMC grows a pair and puts AWD in the hybrid I'll trade for that. Otherwise, maybe I found my forever car.
