I have the drop in bed liner in my 24 XLT. My 22 had the spray in liner which I much preferred also. My bed mat which I purchased for my 22 is still rolled up in the garage.
I do not think it is totaled. My 2022 was totaled in December. They estimated my damage around $26,000+. My amateur guess would be $12,000-15,000.
I hope you are compensated by the driver at fault.
When my 2022 XLT was rear ended on Dec. 15th, I was not sure if the driver was on his cell phone. However I believe he was doing about 30mph and did not stop.
Luckily I was not hurt nor my 2 passengers. I was glad insurance totaled it because it would not be the same. I am enjoying my 2024...
When I was rear ended on Dec. 23rd by a guy doing about 30 mph, my 2022 XLT withstood the impact with no one (3 passengers) being injured. The truck was totaled because he rammed me into a Suburban.
I am now driving my 2024 XLT 2.0 and feel safe in my (toy truck). lol
I had one on my 2022 XLT which was totaled out in a wreck. (someone rear ended me and pushed me into a Suburban. During the 20 months I owned the truck I used it twice to haul an 8 ft. ladder). When I am hauling I use my old Mazda B-3000 (aka Ford Ranger).
The bed extender is nice but I...
My 2022 XLT 2.0 was totaled on Dec. 15. I was very fortunate to purchase a cancelled order on a 2024 with basically identical features from a local dealer who had one available on a cancelled order. I paid the sticker price and when I went to pick it up on Jan. 3rd, the salesman informed me a...
My 2022 XLT was rear ended and totaled on Dec. 15th. I was luckily able to walk away with no injuries. Next week I will pick up my Shadow Black 2024 I found at a dealer which had a cancelled order. My new one will be almost identical and I am very happy or would be buying a different vehicle.
I ordered my fist Maverick Nov. 2021, delivered March 2022. It was totaled Dec.15, 2023. Luckily I found a dealer with an almost identical 2024 XLT 2.0. and will take delivery Jan. 3, 2024. I am really fortunate.
My 2022 was rear-ended and totaled a week ago. It had 19,700 miles and made 2 trips to Florida with no problems. I was very fortunate to find a 2024 at a local dealer which had been refused. It is an almost identical XLT and I can"t wait to pick it up in about 10 days.
My XLT was shipped through KC also. It was in the holdover lot for about a month before being shipped to Reuther in Herculaneum.
On my last visit to KC there were tons of Ford vehicles in lots waiting for chips. It's possible they are running out of space in KC, thus shipping to East STL in IL.
I had a similiar rear end accident in March when my XLT was only 2 weeks old. My accident was in Nashville when returning from Florida. The bumper and fixing the fender was $2,000. The dealer did a great job and it looks like new.
