Check Engine Light after Cold Air Intake

Ok so where is the condenser, where is the cooling unit ?
The air getting pulled in my stock intake is outside air.
The air the so called cold air intake gets is cooled by what method ? It’s sucking In The same air at the same temperature as mine.
Right ?
Somebody take me to school, I’d like to know.

Noise = more power.
Air temp doesn't matter. Actual HP doesn't matter.

What really gets me is the fact that these companies have been doing this for so long and have obtained the trust of the car population only to show that they do not test their products on the vehicles they say they fit.
Would it be expensive to do so ? That depends. Does everyone where you work drive the same exact vehicle ? Lots of companies ask people to "lend" their vehicles to see if the part will fit/work. Is aFe in the frame of mind (not just aFe) that they think they are always right ?
