I need some parts from a wrecked unit to try to mod the manual sliding window.

Just make electric motor noises with your mouth everytime you move it. Automatic 🤣

I'd really like a non window version actually.

I have had the power window on my 22 for 25 months. I have never opened the window one time. I do not have any pet which might like it and the rear seats are not used. All I am trying to say is that you need to be sure you really need it for use and not just to have it.... ;)

I actually like to open the power rear window in cooler weather. It tends to draw air in through the vents, so if you’re not running the AC, it’s pretty nice. And quieter than opening the side windows.

And if you have the sunroof just cracked for ventilation, it's really great. I use my A/C infrequently, even here in the Deep South. I guess. I've always been a "wind in the hair" kind of guy. These days though, the sun is just too tough on me for my convertibles during the day. My Oxford White Maverick works out great.

Is that single sliding power window really a 30 amp motor ?
That is what I read online.

Sounds like something AI would make up. I doubt the fuse is that big!! But I'm too lazy to look that up.

The sliding rear window is on fuse #60, a 25A fuse.

Page 299 in the manual.

I guess nobody has.
Does anyone know the actual Full Load amps for the rear sliding power window on a 2024 or earlier model ?
