It's uncanny how sometimes a Mav seems close in size to a Ranger (and it's only like 4" less tall and 12" shorter or some such) and other times it looks tiny in comparison.......My mav and some random ranger that parked next to me.
Yeah I've seen some angles where the Mav looked almost the same size. Today it looked pretty small, but just the photo angle. However, it looks better and wears the carbonized grey, so much better. It's uncanny how sometimes a Mav seems close in size to a Ranger (and it's only like 4" less tall and 12" shorter or some such) and other times it looks tiny in comparison.......
Delivered!Mine just arrived at my dealer. Will take delivery in the next couple days.
Very smart build! If you add a set of A/T tires you are set.Delivered!
Well, I think I'm going for more of a sport truck that can do some "heavy-lifting" when required. I'm actually considering Firestone Destination LE3's. They have good/great performance on nearly all surfaces. I'm not planning on any off-roading at this point.Very smart build! If you add a set of A/T tires you are set.
Good choice. Liked pretty well by TireRack. https://www.tirerack.com/tires/tests/testDisplay.jsp?ttid=256Well, I think I'm gong for more of a sport truck that can do some "heavy-lifting" when required. This is mine!I’m a founding member of the black Maverick Club but I’m thinking of changing teams and getting a Carbonized Gray one instead. Wife and kid agree and I find it often easier to just do what they want rather than disagree with them. My only concern with black is that it’s difficult to maintain a good appearance, always looks dirty and shows scratch marks and imperfections really well.
Administrator Update - First good look at Carbonized Gray Maverick:
How big of a hit do the MPGs take with these type of tires?New wheels got installed today, happy with the look.
