Just discovered this issue today at 5000 miles. Used to be fine. Got video and taking it to the shop. (Some idiot also hit me in the lot recently so having a bumper replaced anyway.)
I never had thunks but 1 and 2 are apt descriptions of the pre-TSB braking- shaky operating to say the least. Posr-TSB it's a lot better so far (knock on wood) but will test more in coming days. Not perfect bit definitely better. Like "not worried about rear ending people at slow speed" better.
Just had the TSB work today. Threw a brief check engine light when I drove it off the lot. But low speed braking is much improved. Glides in to a hard stop rather than stuttering the whole way. Whole different braking feel. Drove maybe 30 minutes in city traffic and so far so good.
About 5 weeks.
Only found out it was delivered (from railyard to dealer) by signing up for Oviss delivery receipts and manually reviewing them for my VIN. Then I arranged pickup. Never got any actual updates from them. They lost my FITS kit but remembered not to drill the front plate. Not...

9/13/21 order, 9/23/2022 built, shipped 3 days later, 10/31/2022 pickup. Chapman honored 0% APR but couldn't work with post order FB rebate. Like 24.7 OTD.
Fun little truck- no creaks no problems thus far.
How long before Chapman reached out?
My Mav was delivered 2 days ago and I can't get a reply by email and sales promises a call back but they never call back. They supposedly noted to my file I am taking delivery but that's it. A tad worried!

Folks always say VIN & scheduling is a guaranteed truck. I still haven't seen an explanation or authority to explain why. A contract with Ford for delivery would be a/the way to get that guarantee and AFAIK none of us have that.
