Cannot track my Maverick all of a sudden

I was In Production, been tracking daily, now suddenly this morning I get

"We're sorry. We are unable to process this Order. Please enter a valid Ford Order/VIN. "

Has anyone seen this, is this normal, have I vanished into the void?

the Ford tracking website always has problems, I can’t even get into it right now to check on my build.

I wouldn’t worry about it, literally daily that sites down. Seems like it’s a minute to minute affair depending on what it spits back out. Half the time I click accept and track and literally nothin happens lol

because production in some places is haunted on weekends, the website doesn’t load properly till Monday’s. Our dealership gets the same question probably 3 times a week!

If Its on a train you probably wont be able to track. Radio signals from all sources can not go through the metal around the vehicles while in transit. The rail cars being metal act like a Faraday cage.

To put it mildly, the tracker is wonky. You can depend on it......to be wonky.

Don't worry, I've got a Maverick that has already been built and the tracker isn't working for me either. Ford's tracker just sucks. It becomes inoperable from time to time. Give it a day or two, it'll be back online.

I am having the same problem. My truck is being shipped via rail and it's hit or miss whether the tracker works or not.
