Started sometime last week I noticed I would try to track my vehicle and it would just refresh and not give any error. Figured it was just a website issue…
We’ll just tried again and not it is saying:
We're sorry. We are unable to process this Order. Please enter a valid Ford Order/VIN.
My VIN is correct from my email. My production was started 9/24 WTF…
Anyone else having this issue?
