EDIT: you obviously need a confirmed VIN before you can even try - for which I was waiting for 10 months.

My Tremor was built 08-23-2023 and shipped 09-04-2023 . I am looking forward to the delivery day . My current Maverick took 5 weeks from shipping to delivery .

For us Canadians, how does the order tracking work? What did you guys get from your dealership?

I placed my order with the dealership on Saturday, and they said they'd put the order into Ford today (Monday). Does the dealership update you once they get a confirmation from Ford? I know I'll have a wait ahead of me, but it would be nice to get a confirmation that my order was at least acknowledged by Ford.

We do not get information like they do in the US . You need your order number and your Vin number to track your truck . Make sure you are on the Canadian tracking site . So unfortunately there is not much you can do until Ford assign's your truck a vin number .

If you do not hear from your salesperson by tomorrow you might want to just confirm your order is in and the status is approved. If you have your sales order you can use the info there to have the chat on the ford site give you the status.

Ok thanks, I'll be driving Calgary to Vancouver all day tomorrow, hopefully I'll have an email from them by the time I get to my hotel. If not I'll contact them on Wednesday if I have time.

You won’t get a VIN until your truck gets scheduled. I am still waiting and I originally ordered a ‘23 last March. Seems they are building November/ December orders right now. You also have to know about allocations. It’s a steep learning curve when you order from Ford!

Our truck is finally in production as of today, and the AsBuilts are showing modules populated which means that truck was probably built today already. Just curious if anyone in Ontario had their Maverick shipped on a Convoy with code CA7M? If so how long did delivery take once your truck was shipped?

So our Truck was finally built on Sept 13, 2023. Talekd with Ford Chat today, and it appears that the truck may sit on their lot waiting to be picked up for 3 weeks by October 6, 2023. I have to say that Ford has been extremely dissapointing in their service delivery. It is incredible that they do not have the resources to ship the vehicle for 3 weeks.

From my perspective (and maybe only mine), 3 weeks sounds like a walk in the park. My Maverick sat in the Mexican sun for 13 weeks after it was built before it got on a train.

Once my was confirmed (i.e. VIN assigned and date set for production), I got an email from my dealer and suddenly the tracking page started to work for me. Things from there were happening fast - began to build ahead of schedule, built in 6 days, and... now it has been stuck at "Built" status pending shipment for 14 days. So, I'd say, it's pretty limited and selective tool...
