Canadian order to delivery wait times

Am I understanding that it was built Dec 2nd, 2022 but not shipped when you posted this 3 months later ?

If so, there is something seriously wrong.... have you contacted Ford ?

Yep, that's exactly what happened. It eventually shipped Mar. 6th, so a little over 3 months after build. I contacted Ford chat a couple times during this period, they said it was expected to ship "no later than mid-March". So it was scheduled that way, nothing wrong by their standard.

It arrived at the dealer last Thurs, Mar. 30th. So about 3 weeks shipping time, that part seems pretty good. We looked at it on Saturday. But all we can do is look, now it's on recall hold for the trailer wiring harness and we can't take delivery. They 'anticipate' a fix 2nd quarter. So we might be waiting a couple more months before we can take it home.

Sorry to hear it - I’m in the same boat! Hopefully they sort out the parts and repair soon, but with Ford’s other recalls involving over a million units, I have doubts these <3,000 trucks are taking any kind of priority Ford’s corporate customer service has been super unhelpful, directing questions to the dealership, and the dealership is handcuffed to the hold with no additional info. Such a bummer!

I ordered March 31, 2022. Reordered as a 2023 in October and picked it up Feb 23rd. Nearly 11 months. In Toronto XLT LUX 4k tow. I installed SIBL and Tonneau cover after I picked it up due to constraints.

I took over a canceled order, original order placed 10/01/22, built 4/13/23, white XL ecoboost with only rubber floor mats. Eta on the tracker says may 15-21 arrival, dealership says may 29th. Vancouver

I had ordered a XLT hybrid lux on Jan 29/23 with the very low expectation it would be built and canceled when I found the xl with a guaranteed arrival somewhat close

I think its around 3 weeks. Btw if you switch from Hybrid to EB, do they prioritize you over existing EB orders, because you ordered in September?

Well after 17 months my Maverick is at the dealership . Lady that does the paperwork is off today, so I can not pick it up ! It took a little under 4 weeks to ship to the Niagara region in Ontario . I also ordered a Tremor so lets see how long that one takes . Good luck to all

Dealer and Ford said I would not loose my original order date. It is all about the allocation though.

Congrats it's finally arrived! Was the tracker somewhat accurate for you? I'm at 3 weeks since shipped but the tracker hasn't updated in the past 10 days, I check it every morning and disappoint myself every time
