Canadian FordPass points delay/quantity

Hey new owner here. Just wondering how long it took for the points to show up in your account and how many you ended up getting. I saw in an older thread reports of an extra 20K on top of the expected 40K.

I got my Maverick a week ago today (in Ontario) and not seen any points show up yet. I’ll let you know when I do!

of course, all of the accessories are on back order so there’s not much to do with them at the moment.

I called Ford Pass Points and they said it could take up to 30 days. If you don’t have it after 30 days I was told to call back.

40000 points took about 5-6 days to show up on my account. Ontario here as well.

Thanks, still waiting myself after 12 days, but I did dick around with the confidentiality settings in the truck itself after activating. The FordPass app did not want to lock/unlock or start until I turned them back on...which I did. From what I read, they won't give you the points unless you give them your data.

I was able to find the bed mat and front seat covers in the States via eBay, and ordered a rear pet cover from Mark’s.

Got the right amount they had a tire sale got double the points got entered twice for some reason who knows didn't get points on an accessory but got them more on another in the end it all balanced out

So I was still waiting after two weeks. Called my sales rep who checked and they didn't do whatever it is they're supposed to do. Apparently done now, but nothing in my account yet. I imagine it will take a week or so more.

Hope my dealer gets it right. I had to activate it all myself, because Fordpass was down all weekend, couldn't add the Maverick on delivery on Saturday morning as a result.
