Built and shipped ford email

Early this morning I got 2 emails from ford.

First one, my xlt hybrid lux 360 a51 was built on 9/8/22
Second my maverick was shipped on 9/9/22 with est delivery 10/6-10/12.

FINALLY. 7/7/21 order date.

I got the same email today. My Velocity Blue XL hybrid w/CP360 has the same build date, same ship date, same delivery dates as you.

Seriously making me question how Ford is deciding to ship these things out, plenty of people including myself that were built over a week ago and still not shipped…. Congrats on yours shipping though

It's wild that some people get built and shipped the same day but others wait much longer to be shipped.

Mine was built 8/23 but not 'marked' as shipped yet.

Friday I had the same thing happen... on the 8th I received confirmation it was BUILT, then Friday 9th I had confirmation it was shipped!? This was a Hybrid, Lariat Lux w 2k tow package and CoPilot. Spray in bed liner - loaded.

What is kind of strange it the RR 1st Ed AWD Loaded ones that I ordered went from BUILT status to shipped and that took nearly 1 month to SHIPPED status... oh well, just happy to have them available soon!

Shipping is a nightmare for Ford and other manufacturers due to a shortage of trucks and rail space. Looks like the shipped ones above were east coast folks who got lucky transport availability.

Congrats. Mine was built 9/6 and shipped 9/8. Headed to Kansas City. Estimated delivery 9/28-10/4.

Mine shipped quickly, too.

But Friday, the railroads are probably going on strike.

The guys stuck at the plant may be the lucky ones!

Now that my Maverick is on the way, it just showed up on the Green Ford website for $37985.
10K mark up over MSRP. I called, they said their system automatically does that, nothing to worry about, it does not change my price or anything....
