This is similar to what I talking about. I do think it makes a small noise but was more concerned about the feel than the noise.
Press a little harder or use brake hold and take foot off pedal. May be computer wanting to know if you want to stop or not if you have very light pressure on pedal?

Yeah, based on feedback, I'm guessing its just a quirk with the hybrid system. It doesn't bother me just wanted to make sure there wasn't an underlying problem.

I tested this a little more today and noticed if you let the car idle once the engine kicks on there is a little bit of a grinding noise (sounds similar to a coffee machine boiling) and during this period the brake vibration happens.

There have been reports of underfilled tranny by some that checked on their 1st oil change, which was probably early too.

So I did my 1st oil at about 1000 ICE miles, and checked the tranny level too, just in case.
Mine was fine.

The worst rumbling effect I hear/feel (doesn't seem like grinding), is when it's cold enough ICE is auto-started pretty quickly or I do manually, and I'll let engine go from high to normal low rev's, and if I move to Neutral there's a little love shack shimmy goin on for the whole truck.
By the time I start filming it's mainly gone, only takes a bit to straighten out. I got one video of it barely doing it, can't hear or see it though, mainly showing the RPM's of the generator motor at 4K plus, so it doesn't take long to warm up.

I will try to capture the noise with a video later and upload it.

This is a well known issue dating back to the shipment of first Hybrid Mavericks in December 2021. Ford even release a software update for this in 2023, that did not fix the problem. This happens to me on cold starts as well until the engine reaches temperature. I think it might be part of the system that is trying to get the catalytic converter hot quickly. To do so it likely revs up the RPM while at idle. Some of the early 2022 production units cats got so hot during warm up that they would glow red before a software update came out.

Having owned other hybrids, this is not a common issue with them. Just another built Ford tough issue. :ROFLMAO:
