The temperature gauge on my Ford Maverick Hybrid never seems to go past the 1/4 mark. Has anyone else noticed that?

Yes, of course. I am happy about that. My Prius doesn't even have a temperature gage. Just an idiot light. Your gas engine around town driving easy will not run very often. So that is a good reason it will not get very hot.

You could put the petal to the medal and run in sport mode. That will reduce electric usage and motor will warm up.
