The Lambda V6 engine that put out 350 HP stock in my 2016 Genesis Coupe sounded amazing with the Borla catback system ;) Of course, it had a top speed of 150 mph too ;)
Hold on, are you trying to say the Maverick CAN'T go 150mph?!?! Lol

Sound will always be subjective! I plan to eventually make a 3" Exhaust for mine, but I will probably use Vibrant components. In my eyes they make some of the best resonators/mufflers in the business!

I should qualify that with a statement of yes, there is at least one Maverick that does hit 150mph..... Or so I've heard.

Spoke with Borla and that part number 140938 goes live August 8th. I couldn't get them to commit to anything more than 'under $1000' so not sure where the price is going to fall yet.

On my 1700 mile road trip which is currently only half over, my ecoboost 4k got a high of 37mpg which is stellar to the Ford estimate of only 29 mpg highway for this truck configured with the 4K tow pak. I zeroed out the trip every fill up. This engine is completely stock with only a dual oil catch setup. I wonder how much better this would do with an opened up exhaust, and a high performance sealed cold air intake. In this pic if I ran it to zero I would have gone 593 miles on this tankful.

Thinking we're not going to see much in the way of sound improvements until you swap out the head for one without the integrated exhaust manifold. Maybe a good project for the first of us to crack the factory manifold in the coming months/years. :p

Then with all the right pipes you can get some pretty decent noise out of the turbo-4, something along the lines of a properly setup EJ Subaru or stock Fiat 500 Abarth.
I am debating on pulling the trigger on exhaust for my Maverick when I get it. My Abarth I owned several years back ruined all 4-cylinder exhausts for me. That thing sounded mean, and after all the mods I did to it would absolutely fly.
