Maverick 2.0L EcoBoost Engine Sound Clip

Here's a clip of the engine sound that I recorded at the Chicago Auto Show.

My 23 xlt arrived in may sans engine cover. It makes that tapping clicky sound you here in the clip, not loudly in the cabin with windows up but definitely hear it when idling with windows down. Sounds like one of those little southeast asian box trucks and a bit like a toy engine. I would like to know if anyone who added an engine cover experienced reduced sound. Also what did it cost?

Cover won't do much, if anything. Once the engine warms up, the high pressure fuel pump tends to quiet down for me.
