what app and obd is thatCat bank 1 sensor 1
Intake air temp
Boost/Vac the red dot shows just over 20psi
Volts
Exhaust pressure bank 1
I changed it since then and did 3 or 4 different screens

It's Torque Pro with OBDLink LXwhat app and obd is that
Nice. . I had a cheapass bluetooth obd and used a different app. The dongle and the app both sucked. It's Torque Pro with OBDLink LX
I downloaded THIS pid list from Focus RS forum. Half of them don't work. I still haven't got the oil temp to work. It's inferred from water temp anyway. Still cool to play with.
If the OBD link to the computer can be believed, I hit just over 20 PSI. I have a GFB DV+ and a modified exhaust running 93. No tuning yet.We are seeing 21 psi tuned now on 93.
If I had it to do again I would have gotten one step up dongle to be able to use with Forscan. This one can use Forscan Lite which lets you see everything but not program.Nice. . I had a cheapass bluetooth obd and used a different app. The dongle and the app both sucked.
I ordered the outboard vacuum...Anyone know the max boost level generated by the 2.0 EB in the Maverick? Has anyone installed a vacuum/boost gauge? If so, where/how did you mount it?
That's the tough part about tuning this platform. Ford uses the throttle to control nearly everything. Too much torque, throttle closes, anything gets too hot, throttle closes, too much boost, throttle closes. Oddly the truck feels smooth and the throttle closing rarely shows it's face on the dyno.Just got my bluetooth obdlink....seems like it's less than 17psi.
Watching the actual throttle position is pretty entertaining...it's not very related to the pedal position.

Yeah, it's pretty interesting. At like 30% pedal it will open it up and then close back down as the truck speed stabilizes. It feels like the vehicle wants to take off and the throttle management is smoothing everything out...maybe in testing they've found over the years that most car buyers don't like the turbo-y engine behavior? That's the tough part about tuning this platform. I don't know what they've found but I find it absolutely ANNOYING to see the throttle control everything, it's unlike anything I've tuned in 32 years.Yeah, it's pretty interesting. It's the norm nowadays, with direct injection, better fuel atomization and other advancements they can run much higher cylinder/boost pressures with so much more precise fuel control and more importantly the really superior spray/atomization characteristics of the direct injection process.dang, 16-20lbs of boost. i didnt think it was pushing those numbers stock.
Nice set up! what phone mount is this?? thanks in advanceCat bank 1 sensor 1
